Lighting Stage 25

As in previous stages, I needed to drill a 2mm hole through the center of the two Emergency Light Frames in Stage 25. Then I could feed a  Micro Bit Lights (Red) through each frame and secure the LED to the backs of the two Emergency Light Lenses. Interestingly enough, these lenses already had a recess in the back of them so they did not need to be drilled:

The Left Water Panel and Right Water Panel need to have a matching 2mm hole drilled through them as well:

Once these Water Panels were secured to the Body Midsection, I used the new holes in the Water Panels as a guide to continue to drill the 2mm hole down through the Body Midsection as well:

As the Emergency Light assemblies were secured to the Water Panels, I fed the plug and wires through these new holes and around the big metal Body Midsection Base.

Wiring

The local connections for these LEDs are as follows:

If we consider my full plan diagram, we can test the lighting after this stage by connect everything like this:

With the Body Midsection temporarily placed on the Main Chassis and the plugs of these new LEDs connected to the ‘strobe’ Effects Board, we have more lights! These two lights are connected to flash with the LEDs at the front corners of the truck. This way all of the LEDs down the side of the truck will use an alternate strobing pattern:
